IRWIN Industries, Inc. and the International Union of Public and Industrial Workers are signatories to a collective bargaining agreement covering all bargaining employees in California. This agreement has been in effect for approximately 26 years.

This agreement contains provisions for:

Minimum wages.

Overtime Premiums for all hours worked over 10 in a day (under a 4/10s schedule).

Fringe benefits including: Medical/Dental, 401K, paid holidays, vacation pay.

Grievance and Arbitration procedures.

No Strike Clause.
